Kong has been tattooing for 20+ years. Starting his career in the Las Vegas area, he moved to Montrose in 2025 after falling in love with Montrose on vacations.

He is comfortable in most styles of tattooing as he spent most of his career in street shops, but is well regarded for his American Traditional tattoos, winning awards for that style at respected tattoo conventions across America.

He enjoys the challenge of walk-in tattoos and working from the many sheets of flash that he has painted for the walls of Fancy Rooster Tattoo.

He is in the shop Tuesday-Saturday from 12-7pm. If you would like to get tattooed you can stop by the shop and check availability or get tattooed.
